About the Sumter Elks Lodge

Established in 1906 the Sumter SC Elks Lodge is part of The Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks of the United States of America, one of the oldest and largest fraternal organizations in the country. Since its inception in 1868, the Order of Elks has grown to include nearly 1.2 million men and women in almost 2,200 communities. The BPO Elks is committed to the ideals of charity and patriotism. We are a very active lodge, sponsoring many events, supporting not only the Grand Lodge and State projects. but also awarding scholarships to deserving students in our community, while always serving and remembering our Veterans who we will never forget. member?

To be eligible for membership in the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, you must be a citizen of the United States over the age of 21 who believes in God. You must be sponsored by a member of the Elks Lodge and reside in the jurisdiction of the Lodge you wish to join.
